Dubal host's innovation campaign

Dubai Aluminium Co. Ltd (Dubal), the state-owned enterprise that owns and operates the world's largest modern smelter with a captive power station, recently hosted the company's first Suggestion Scheme campaign, titled "Be part of innovation." The campaign was held in a purpose-made innovation tent within Dubal's Jebel Ali premises from 7-11 February 2010. Many local companies and government institutions were given the opportunity to visit the innovation tent during the campaign, so as to obtain first-hand information on the award-winning Dubal Suggestion Scheme. About 6,500 visits were made by employees to the campaign tent to participate in the various activities. Their visits reflect Dubal's position as a pioneer of the employee involvement in the UAE and a role model for others. This is further reflected in the fact that a large number of organisations, both locally and internationally, have used the Dubal Suggestion Scheme as a model for developing similar programmes.Nike Zoom Assersion EP
