Dynisco in China integrates two cultures through acquisition of local company

Dynisco China participated in this year’s Chinaplas 2012 with a fresh approach. Earlier this year, the global plastic measuring and control technology leader  announced the completion of the acquisition of the assets of Shanghai Hao Ying Measurement and Control Technology Company. Prior to this, Shanghai Hao Ying Company is one of China's top melt pressure sensor manufacturers, which mainly focuses on the  extrusion-associated temperature sensor, melt pressure sensors, transmitters, pressure gauges and other instrumentation.

Mr. Wu hao, the General Manager of Dynisco China said that Hao Ying Company was founded in 2006, and even with such a short history, it has grown rapidly because of its unique flexible business model. It has established technical services and cooperative relations with nearly 2000 customers all over the world. And it has a number of national patents of melt pressure sensors, pressure transmitter, high-temperature melt pressure gauges, industrial pressure transmitter and combination type pressure transmitter which have won a good reputation for the company.

Dynisco is the world's first company to produce melt pressure sensor, and its products are mainly used in chemical fiber, rubber and plastics industry. With the advanced technology, Dynisco has been able to capture 50% share in the market for such products. Hao Ying Company’s products are targeted at the consumer group of mid-market customers, while Dynisco targets at high-end customers. Through the acquisition of Hao Ying Company, Dynisco will expand the market coverage and further strengthen its position in Chinese market. The newly established Dynisco China after the acquisition will take a new mission to be responsible for global sales of Hao Ying’s products and the business of Dynisco China.

At present, the Dynisco China team mainly made up of the original staff of Hao Ying Company. As the original Hao Ying founder and the new Dynisco China General Manager, Wu Hao said,  “the new company will combine Chinese traditional culture with modern western management to supply service for the pressure sensor market all over the world.”

For the operation of the new company, Mr. Wu Hao said: “Even with the difference between Chinese and western culture, no matter the enterprise culture, values, or business philosophy are, it will be a new challenge for us. The operation of a new company always has a running-in process, but I firmly believe that as long as there is determination and sincerity, we will quickly adapt to this new operating system. In fact, so far, we have been on the right track in techniques, business and service, and get the approval from head corporation. I believe that we will soon get more widely approval both in China market and global market. The integration of Hao Ying Company and Dynisco will bring out the best in each other and function well.”
