International regulatory and policy consultancy EAS Strategic Advice has expanded its services with a new Moscow office, to bring guidance to companies marketing functional food products in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The firm's regulatory experts offer advice on navigating the legal, scientific and technical challenges related to regulatory compliance and trade policy, and its public affairs team will help businesses manage challenging existing or potential regulatory and policy issues.
“Russia and CIS region are both getting close attention from food companies around the world,” said Alexey Petrenko, general manager of the EAS Moscow office. “The formation of the Customs Union and Russia’s recent World Trade Organization accession offer unique opportunities in this vast and fast growing region.”
“Our new office will cover the whole region, where our national and regional expertise, combined with global best practices will help clients navigate the challenging CIS regulatory systems and achieve their objective,” he said.
EAS also serves companies in Africa, Asia, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. The consultancy has offices in Brussels, Buenos Aires, Moscow and Singapore.
