Eastern Laser presents new double-head cutting machine

China laser machine manufacturer Eastern Laser newly announces the release of its latest generation laser cutting system applicable to customers in the aerospace, automotive, composite cloth, leather, fabric toy, computerized Embroidery cutting, electronics and industrial fabrics industries.

The experienced engineering team of Eastern Laser has designed a dual configuration laser system equipped with dual cutting heads, which is named ETD1280; ETD1280 laser cutting machine is equipped with two cutting heads so that the processing efficiency will be doubled; it is especially suitable for the mass cutting and engraving of appliqué embroidery. This technology will minimize any associated switchover time between material cutting requirements. Laser cutting is beneficial for fabrics that require fused edges to prevent fraying. The dual-laser and blade cutting system will provide unprecedented opportunities to Eastern Laser customers, allowing them cutting capabilities for a greater variety of materials and applications.

The Eastern Laser static table is a single to low-ply cutting system that provides superior cutting performance and increased throughput. Automated cutting systems offer optimum material yields while reducing labor and operating costs.
