Ecological PVC stabiliser

CALCIUM/ZINC stabilisers from Jingjiang Hangsun Plastic Additives (www.hangsunplastic.com) is mainly used in the pressure water pipe and smallprofile PVC cable. It also serves as an external and internal lubricant agent. This series of Ca/Zn stabilisers is also characterized by good thermal stability and initial colour stability. There is absolutely no lead, cadmium or barium or other heavy metal, making the series an ecological stabiliser suitable for processing a wide range of food-grade and potable water pipes. The milky coloured powder can be used at rates of 2-4 phr in 100 phr of PVC resin, depending on the type of product and pipe diameter. It can be processed using many kinds of equipment and different processing technologies, making it a versatile additive for a wide range of pipes with improved physical features and functions at better cost performance.
