Ergonomically designed radiology sit/stand desk

Source:Anthro Corporation Release Date:2012-11-30 218
Medical Equipment

TUALATIN, Oregon, USA – Anthro Corporation, Technology Furniture? has introduced the newest member of its Steve’s Station? family, the Steve’s Curve electric radiology sit/stand desk. The new device will be available in 2013 and is shown for the first time at RSNA, being held this week in Chicago, Illinois.

Steve’s Curve’s two work surfaces move up and down separately to custom fit the work style of any user. This independent movement greatly increases the variety of positions and gives the radiologist precise control of the work surface height and monitor placement, according to Anthro Corporation.

Like the other members of Steve’s Station family, Steve’s Curve has numerous features designed for easier and efficient use, including comfort controls like an air circulation fan, twin LED task lights on gooseneck arms, and USB ports built into the work surface. The front keyboard surface is tilt adjustable to ease pressure on arms, shoulders, neck, and back. The back monitor work surface also includes 'Monitor Easy Track', a monitor management system that slides the entire monitor array forward and back in unison 10” for user optimized focal depth.
