The coolant management and recycling solution provides continuous, media-free filtration of both metallic and nonmetallic solids from industrial fluids. Solids-from-Liquid Centrifuges, whether mounted on a single machine or used as a component of a complete filtration/recycling system, reduces or eliminates the need for filter paper, bags, and cartridges, which are not only costly but also require proper disposal.

The equipment is capable of reducing solids in applications requiring the removal of fines such as machining, grinding and sawing, high-speed centrifuge prefiltration, water jet cutting, de-scaling operations, wire drawing, parts washers, quench tanks, UF prefiltration, and precious metals recovery.  With solids collecting in individual machine tool sumps and in large central systems, the Solids-from-Liquid Centrifuges can also supplement existing paper media or central systems in removing solids typically missed by barrier filtration.  

The Solids-from-Liquid Centrifuges comes in manually cleaned basket style complete with reusable liner and fully automatic self-cleaning designs. It is designed to last years of trouble-free operation.
