EVOH pipe production line

Integrated with several years' experience in extrusion and composite pipe technology, Guangzhou Advance-tech Co., Ltd. adopts 3-layer or 5-layer co-extrusion technology to extrude the oxygen barrier pipes of diameter ranging from 16mm to 63mm. Adopting special screw and dies for the oxygen barrier material, the production line includes sections of extruding, vacuum calibrating, cooling, hauling off, cutting, coiling and etc. It has features such as stable in technics, advanced in technology and convenient in operation, etc. The max. production speed of the line exceeds 20m/min and it can produce pipes of different specifications by changing with different dies. Performances: 1. Special screw can guarantee the quick plastication and stable extrusion of the high viscosity oxygen barrier material; 2. Special design for the 3-layer or 5-layer coextrusion dies, uniform wall thickness and stable dimension; 3. Through plenty of testings, we've mastered the technical features and parameters of the oxygen barrier material as well as its adhesive; 4.
