Exceptional architecture meets energy efficiency

NüRNBERGMESSE is planning its newest hall together with the internationally renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, whose concept meets sustainability standards and ensures optimised energy efficiency in the design, construction and operation of the 8,000-m2 hall 3A.The ambitious completion date is the beginning of 2014, when the exhibition centre will have 170,000 m2 of display space.

The construction costs are €34 mn for the hall and another €2 mn for the necessary infrastructure in the immediate surroundings. “The attractive building will function as a hinge between the buildings in the east and south of the exhibition site in future.
