EXPO FINEFOOD 2013 and EXPO Coffee & Tea 2013

EXPO FINEFOOD 2013 and EXPO Coffee & Tea 2013 promise to showcase trends of particular interest to F&B professionals from hotels, restaurant chains, bars, cafes, clubs, bakery and ice cream shops. More than 30,000 companies are expected to be at the event to be held on April 1-3, 2013 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

Featured products are ice cream, coffee, tea, and dairy products, seafood, frozen and chilled foods, bakery products, beverages, and wines and spirits.

As of this writing, the number of exhibitors is still increasing. International manufacturers from more than 20 countries and regions can be expected, amongst them are ice cream brands Taylor and Stoelting from the U.S.; Carpigiani, PreGel, Fabbri, Elenka and MEC3 from Italy; Nissei from Japan, and local companies Chiao Tai, Spaceman, Synbiotech, and Donper.

The beverage industry will be represented by Huiyuan, Weiquan, Fresh Juice, Guangcun, Geerzhi, Doking, Sanhe, Yudingshengyuan, Dele and Huaren, to name a few.

In the food & beverage category, buyers will find Wushi Cate, Yon Ho , Bright Dairy, Nestle, and YiFang Rural.

Also at the show are Shangdong Zhongde and Harbin Hande to display beer brewing equipment, and Astoria, Lavazza, and Rancilio for coffee machines.

Sugar rush tour

Italian ice cream equipment manufacturer Carpigiani will announce its latest RTL ice cream machine for high-end gelato. MEC3 will focus on low fat ice cream and provide more choices to meet the current health trend. As one of the famous Italian ice cream ingredient suppliers, Fabbri has a history of over 100 years and they are proud to be the sponsor of the China Gelato Championship 2013.

Making its debut at EXPO FINEFOOD 2013 is Stoelting, which rose to popularity for manufacturing the first soft-serve ice cream freezer for Dairy Queen. It has come to be associated with durable frozen commercial equipment.
