| In main vessel mix phase A with medium speed propeller stirring. Heat to 80u00b0C. Hold 30 minutes. Slowly add premixed phase B while mixing at temperature. Hold 30 minutes. Start heating phase C while mixing. At 80u00b0C add C to main vessel while mixing. Add phase D to main vessel. Start cooling while mixing. When temperature approaches 40u00b0C slowly add phase E while mixing. Mix until homogeneous, shutdown when temperature reaches 32u00b0C. | |
