Faerch Plast realigns senior management team

FAERCH Plast has announced changes in its senior management team in line with company growth strategies.

Joe Iannidinardo will relinquish his role as managing director of the UK business and assume a Group position as sales director for New Markets beginning February 1. Mr. Iannidinardo will lead a team comprising specialists in the Ready Meals and Airline Catering industries. He will also be supported by a Sales project manager.

This change in Mr. Iannidinardo’s role and responsibilities reflects the company’s goal to exploit the huge market potential for CPET globally. 

Jason Gale will assume the post of UK sales director and acting managing director. Mr. Gale, who has been with Faerch Plast for 13 years, is an experienced sales professional with excellent management skills. He served as senior sales manager for GB North prior to joining Faerch Plast.

Commenting on the structural changes, Faerch Plast A/S CEO Lars Gade Hansen said, “Joe has done a fantastic job as Managing Director of the UK business and we now want to utilise those skills to benefit the Group. He will be responsible for identifying previously untapped markets outside of Europe where we are well established as market leader. Joe leaves a strong team in the UK and we are confident that Jason will take the business forward into its next phase of growth.
