Fi Asia: Ingredion to present new texture and wellness possibilities

ONE of the world’s leading ingredient solutions providers is exhibiting in Southeast Asia for the first time since the launch of its brand – Ingredion – in Asia Pacific earlier this year. Ingredion will be located at Booth F9.

Ingredion is the combination of two established food ingredient brands -- National Starch and Corn Products International -- and the new name better reflects the value-added ingredients that it supplies, as well as the broad markets that it serves.

At Fi Asia 2013, Ingredion will focus on two main themes – texture and health & wellness – to emphasise its core capabilities to visitors at the show.

Texture – Manufacturers can perfect the texture of their foods to suit consumers' preferences with innovative ingredients and expert guidance from Ingredion, leveraging world-class capability in sensory applications.

Health & Wellness – With nutritional and functional ingredients from Ingredion, manufacturers can reach consumers who have specific nutrition needs and a desire for healthy, tasty foods.

The on-stand experience at Booth F9 promises to be engaging, with informative displays, prototype tasting and live demonstrations throughout the 3-day show
