Fishing net making machine

The fishing net making machine from Wei Meng is equipped with one latch needle bar, 8 guide bars, one trick plate, and one sinker bar. The drive features combined crank and special cam, which are dynamically balanced and run in oil in the machine bed. The inching drive is set for easier run-in and for control of knitting elements. The side frames provide for 6 yarn beams with 14" ~ 21" flange diameter. The yarn feed and tension are controlled by beam brakes. It also has a fabric take-up and batching device with four-roller fabric take-up. Separate batching device with its own drive for taking up a fabric roll of up to 40" = 1,016mm diameter is also provided. Wei Meng Industrial Co., Ltd.
