Flow acquires stake in Chinese waterjet builder

Waterjet manufacturer Flow International has completed a $2 million purchase of a minority ownership position in Dardi International Corp., a waterjet manufacturer in China. Dardi has three factories located near Nanjing. Flow announced its intent to purchase the minority position in November after introducing Dardi as the new supplier of its economy segment product line. The company says the now-formalized relationship will improve access to Dardi's low-cost products and distribution base in China and enhance Flow's competitive position.Adidas Crazy Light
