Focus on production efficiency

Arburg will focus on the topic of production efficiency and exhibit a representative of its high-performance Allrounder Hidrive machine series. A hybrid Allrounder 570 H will produce six high-quality aerosol caps in 4.2 seconds.

At Tiprex 2013, Arburg will present a highly sophisticated application for the packaging sector. The machine belongs to the high-performance hybrid Hidrive series, which is characterised by high productivity, speed and energy efficiency, and covers a clamping force range from 600 to 5,000 kN.

The exhibit, an Allrounder 570 H features a clamping force of 2,000 kN and a size 1300 injection unit. The high performance of this machine will be impressively demonstrated with a packaging application at the trade fair. The exhibit will be equipped with a 6-cavity mould from Fostag and will produce high-quality aerosol caps from PP in a cycletime of 4.2 seconds. The part weigt is 6.2 grams, the shot weight 37.4 grams.
