SHANGHAI – The Food Safety & Quality Control China Conference 2013, which is organised by UBM Conferences, will be held on June 26th at the Shanghai International Expo Center. This event will focus on Regulation Updates, Food Safety Tests and Risk Avoidance.
With the increasing public concern regarding food safety, discussion about food safety and quality control techniques and standards has increased. Producing safe food and implementing further controls in the testing and risk prevention processes have become a challenge for most food manufacturers in China.
In the conference, Ms. Nola Yu, Quality director from Coca Cola Asia Pacific and Dr. Leon Gorris, director of Food Regulatory Affairs from Unilever, will present as the representatives of famous food manufacturers. They will share their experiences regarding food safety testing as well as food designing & manufacturing based on extensive internal experience and knowledge of international techniques & methods.
Zhiying Ma, Technical director from Shanghai Food Research Institute, Huijun Gao, Director from Shanghai Institute for Food and Drug Safety (SIFDS), Dong Li, deputy director from Beijing Nutrition Resources Institute and Jinshi Dong, Senior vice chairman from International Food Packaging Association and other senior experts from authoritative Chinese organisations will give speeches at the conference on Regulations,Testing and Risk Avoidance.
