Free new black oxide brochure by Birchwood Casey

The all new, full color brochure features three new products. These include the new NEAR-ZERO Water Recycler, available in two sizes, used to reduce water consumption on the process line by 99%. The third new product is a low cost BC40E Economy TRU TEMP Tank Line, which utilizes durable, rotomolded HDPE/polypropylene tanks.

Birchwood Casey’s new brochure details the safety, quality, and cost savings benefits of using the In-House TRU TEMP black oxide process to replace either traditional high temp black oxide or sending parts outside for black finishing. This process for iron and steel operates at low cost to form a clean, satin, black metal surface providing robust corrosion resistance to all kinds of tooling and machine components with a 30-minute turnaround.  A comparison chart lists performance features of the TRU TEMP process alongside the ordinary black oxide process.

Also included in the brochure are process line systems available from Birchwood Casey. They range in size from prototype scale test lines, to production scale process lines, to large-scale automated process lines – all supplied with factory tech support by Birchwood Casey.
