Free two-day seminar at Hi South East Asia

HEALTH ingredients South East Asia (Hi South East Asia) takes place from 6-8 April 2016 in the Jakarta International Expo in Indonesia. This new addition to the Food ingredients global portfolio organized by UBI will focus on nutraceuticals, functional foods, and health ingredients.

A free two-day seminar will give all show attendees the opportunity to catch up on technical developments and market trends in the region’s health industry as presented by leading international experts.

The seminar program is organized in conjunction with The International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST), a global non-profit scientific organization for food science and technology. Key topics to be discussed are: regulations on functional health ingredients in Indonesia, an overview of health trends in South East Asia and developments in the supplements market in South East Asia.

Hi South East Asia is co-located with CPhI South East Asia, an established event with over 5,500 expected attendees and 260+ exhibitors.

Indonesia’s health and wellness market is forecast to grow annually at a rate of 11.8 percent. This, coupled with its current size, has been the rationale behind the launch of Hi South East Asia in the country.
