INNOVATION and internationalisation will be the buzzwords at Fruit Innovation 2015, which will be held from May 20 to 22, 2015 at Fiera Milano in Milan, Italy.

The theme was presented recently to the members of the Institutional and Business Committees, which provide directions and recommendations to the show organisers Fiera Milano and Ipack-Ima spa.
The fruit and vegetable exhibition will run alongside the Expo and Frutic Italy 2015, the latter an international event on agricultural engineering applied to the fruit and vegetable production chain.
Fruit Innovation, which will be held at halls 9 and 11 of Fiera Milano, is expected to showcase the fruit and vegetable production chain toward integrating products, technologies, and services. During the first edition, there will be a joint staging of shows on the fresh food chain (Dairytech and Meat-Tech), processing, packaging, and converting technologies (Ipack-Ima, Converflex), and logistics (IntraLogistica Italia).
The exhibition area will include an innovation corner, which will serve as home for presentations of successful case histories on innovation and technology transfer. The meeting calendar includes high-quality events emphasising POP and internationalisation models.
The global launch last October 15 in Madrid will be followed by a press campaign leveraging top trade media across the world, with the promotional plan including events in China, Iran, the UAE, France, and Germany. One highlight of the campaign will take place in February 2015 in Berlin for Fruit Logistica.
Fruit Innovation has a dedicated website supported by the LinkedIn platform. A monthly newsletter, which will be increased to a two-weekly publication beginning February of next year, updates tens of thousands of industry professionals on the latest in the market.
