Frutarom will market curcumin formulation

FRUTAROM Switzerland Ltd. Health BU has partnered with Aquanova AG, the German pharma GMP manufacturer, to market NovaSOL? Curcumin, a solubilised, highly bioavailable form of curcumin for the dietary supplement and food manufacturing industries. Frutarom Health will work in collaboration with Molecular Health Technologies, its sales and marketing agent in the US and Canada.

The production of NovaSOL Curcumin provides a highly bioavailable curcumin formulation. It was developed as part of a European research project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. The proprietary technology used offers a liquid, crystal-clear, yellow solution for use across a wide variety of applications. As a result, the curcumin becomes fully water soluble, a quality that affects superior bioavailability.
