LEADING oil-free centrifugal air and gas compressor manufacturer FS-Elliott Co. LLC has completed the construction of its new Service Center.
Located in the company’s headquarter campus in Export, Pennsylvania, the 67,000-square-foot facility will house the Global Services group, a team of professionals tasked to provide remote technical assistance, operation and maintenance training, and performance upgrades.

The center has three large meeting rooms, four smaller breakout rooms, and a visitor lounge for on-site customer meetings. An equipment display at the entrance of the facility will provide visitors an up-close view of the internal components of a centrifugal compressor.
The Service Center boasts a state-of-the-art training room for operator and maintenance service training programs. These programs can adopt a standardized format or be tailored to customers’ specific requirements, with either approach allowing customers to maximize the compressor equipment and extend its product life. Customers can tour the company’s manufacturing and testing facility while observing the structure of the customer-focused organization firsthand during training programs.
The new Service Center expands FS-Elliott’s worldwide offices, which include its headquarters and facilities in Basingstoke, United Kingdom; Houston, Texas and Los Angeles, California in the US; Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Pune, India; Shanghai, China; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Taipei, Taiwan.

FS-Elliott offers a full portfolio of after-sale products, from installation supervision to remote or on-site technical support, training programs, and auxiliary upgrades. This allows us to assist our customers in optimizing the efficiency and reliability of their equipment.”
