FSL-T superior slitter rewinder

 HCI Converting Equipment Co., Ltd. specialises in manufacturing various types of slitter rewinder for 30 years. Recently, HCI has expanded its market into Central and South America and has presented its new Superior Model, FSL-T Slitter Rewinder at BRASILPLAST 2011. With 3 motors, the FSL-T offers high rev and stable tension control. Slitting can be done by using razor blade and shear knife to suit users' choice. Coupled with proprietary HCI differential winding, the rewinding tension issue caused by uneven film thickness can be easily solved. Other accessories on FSL-T such as PLC control and touch screen system, laser light alignment for paper core and slit roll discharge arm have greatly reduced slitting set up time.
