Fu Chun Shin introduces intelligent machines at CHINAPLAS 2016

At CHINAPLAS 2016, the FCS Group will be launching multi-functional, high-quality, intelligent injection molding machines: the Horizontal rotary table two-component injection molding machine; the Multi-component injection molding machine; and the Two-platen hydra-mech injection molding machine.

Each machine has its own specific features and not only reflects the market demands energy saving and environmental protection production systems, but also represents FCS’ abilities in development and system integrations.

The HB-R series (Horizontal Rotary Table Two-Component Injection Molding Machine) is suitable for huge two-component products such as the cover of home appliance, vehicle sunroof and automotive lamps. The main features of the machine include a horizontal rotary platen that decreases issues coming from gravity and inertia and a horizontal turntable that could withstand a load of up to 3,600kg and complete a cycle within 3 sec. The 350-ton machine has the same mold loading capacity as a 1,000 ton dual-colored injection machine. This model is capable of producing single and dual component products.
