Fu Chun Shin's energy-saving machine at NPE 2015

Fu Chun Shin Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. (FCS) was founded in 1974 in Taiwan. The company has been producing and selling plastic injection molding machines (IMM) for both domestic and international markets.  

 

At NPE 2015, the company highlights its LM Series of injection molding machine, designed based on the rich experience of FCS in serving its customers' needs. The original concept of this machine was based on European company's concept but geared toward high efficiency at competitive price.

 

The clamping unit adopts advanced design to make sure the platens are parallel while they are moving. The high-pressure clamping control adopts Germany Rexroth’s control parts. This makes the clamping force very precise and protects the mold and the whole machine. By providing stable clamping force steadily while injecting, the molding is done at higher yield rate.

 

 

The mold clamping stroke and the machine's capacity are higher than traditional machine. These features make the machine suitable to produce different kinds of products. Because of its compact size, machine needs smaller space. Without toggle structure, the clamping unit needs less lubrication. Overall, the maintenance cost is lower and precise injection molding is achieved. By adopting the FCS Energy Saving System, energy consumption could be 30% lower. 

   

FCS provides LM series clamping force from 500 tons to 3700 tons. FCS can offer customized design and special features to meet specific production requirements.
