Fully automatic high-speed film machine series from Dongguan XINHUIDA Machinery

Dongguan XINHUIDA Machinery Co., Ltd will exhibit its rante of film production machinery at Chinaplas 2015. The machine model, XHD-LΦ65/100/80×2350 enables high-plasticizing, energy savings while at the same time, easy to operate and has long serviceable life. The cast film machine series is produced based on the company's accumulated years of experience in manufacturing cast film machines, input from foreign technology and feedback from customers. 

 

This series is mainly used to produce single-layer CPP, CPE, PP, PE, CEVA and other cast films. It adopts high quality intelligent industrial control system combined with hidden auto cutter, auto cut off and manipulator for automatic roll exchange to ensure safety and easy in operation. 

 

Other features include: 

●The alloy screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing design which combine import static mixer to ensure plasticization is good, color is uniform and increase extrusion capacity greatly.

●T-die material employs imported special mold steel to enable high precise process and treatment with no deformation for smooth operation.

●Inside cool roller adopts two-way circulation design and built-in spiral flow way for stable roller surface temperature.  .

●Winding station can move back and forth as it adopts advanced torque motor with four-axis automatic tension control. Both the speed and film width can be adjusted freely.
