GEA joins Big5 2014 in Dubai

GEA takes its proven refrigeration and air conditioning technologies to the Big5 2014 International Building & Construction Show, from 17-19 November in Dubai World Trade Centre.

At Hall 2, booth 2 D86, the company will present the GEA Plusbox: a series of complete, modular-design outdoor condenser sets based on semi-hermetic GEA compressors and GEA condensers. The energy-efficient model can be configured according to the requirements of plant-systems contractors. It has a considerably higher COP (coefficient of performance) than comparable condenser sets as well as enough interior space to make work on the system easier.

With its air-cooled condensing unit SHG4, GEA Bock SHG5…L and SHG6…L, as well as two-stage SHGZ7…L models, GEA will show how its condensing units are especially suited for high ambient temperatures experienced in places such as the United Arab Emirates.

Also on display will be the GEA Bock EX-HG12P ATEX (ATmospheres EXplosibles) compressors for use in explosion-risk environments. These may be used in chillers in Kuwait and ensure optimal air conditioning of container-type control centres that coordinate measurements in the oil and gas fields there.

GEA also offers the FK50 vehicle compressor for bus air conditioning and a semi-hermetic air-cooled HA34P compressor will round off the GEA exhibition program at the Dubai fair.
