GF AgieCharmilles appoints new managing director

EDM and milling machine tool specialist GF AgieCharmilles has announced the appointment of Martin Spencer as the company's new managing director. Martin Spencer takes over the top job at GF AgieCharmilles from Steve Sylvester, who is leaving the company to take up a senior management position at SMP Playgrounds. Spencer has worked for the GF AgieCharmilles organization, in a variety of senior and managerial positions, for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in applications, sales, service and support and, prior to his appointment was operations director.
