Global companies appear at MWCS Metal Forming Hall

A multitude of domestic and overseas well-known manufacturers have appeared at Metal Forming Hall. Trumpf and AMADA have expanded their exhibition areas, exceeding 300 square meters each. Newcomers like LVD, IPG, GSI, Coherent, Technocut are all to displaying their strength and win business through the exhibition. Many famous brands come to premiere their latest products, such as P4XE bending machine of Salvagnini and TruPunch 5000 of Trumpf at the hall.

“This is the first time that Salvagnini presents the P4Xe bending machine in mainland China. The panel bender works practically without any tool changes because its bending unit can be seen as a universal tool. The blank is moved on a horizontal plane by a manipulator. A sheet rotator fitted on the manipulator places the side to be bent in front of the press quickly and accurately. An extraordinarily high-production machine, the P4Xe can be set up in different ways to meet the user's production needs. Configurability depends on preferences in terms of loading/unloading solutions and on the machine model.”

Trumpf shows its TruPunch 5000 or what the company claims to be the fastest punching machine in the world at the metal forming hall. Trumpf aims to make good things even better with this machine .This machine comes equipped with the next generation in control software.  The acceleration values make the TruPunch 5000 efficient, with the new control version reducing non-productive time by some 23%.  With its impressive productivity and numerous additional processing options, the TruPunch 5000 is a major step forward in complete sheet metal processing.

MWCS is a breakthrough event of its kind in China, with its discussion subjects covering the overall sheet-metal working industry like laser, bending, punch, CNC numerical control, water jet, sawing machine, straightening, welding, surface treatment, and sectional material. Specialized buyer clubs have been established to facilitate visitor management, by which point-to-point invitations of buyers from market segment are realized.
