COORS Brewing Company has introduced Coors Peak, a gluten-free copper lager with 100% all-natural ingredients.
Unlike many gluten-free beers based on sorghum or chemically treated options, the Coors Peak is the first naturally gluten-free copper lager. Brewers at Coors scoured barley alternatives for nearly five years and perfected the brewing recipe using a unique process of malting brown rice instead of barley to achieve the taste of beer.
The gluten-free lager features the taste, depth, and complexity of regular beers. It has hops and caramel sugar for added character and brightness.
