GNT to present range of natural colors at Gulfood Manufacturing

IN THE GCC region, as of 1 January 2017, food and beverages colored with Allura Red AC (INS 129), Sunset Yellow (INS 110), Azorubine (INS 122) and Tartrazine (INS 102) will carry the statement “this material may be having a negative effect on activity and concentration in children”. In order to avoid having to place such a warning, manufacturers are looking for alternatives.
