Greenyard set to buy Dole Food Company

Greenyard is going forward with its negotiations to acquire Dole Food Company, Inc., a producer of fruits and vegetables based in California, USA.

While a definitive agreement has yet to be reached, Greenyard has secured appropriate financing to complete the transaction with a balanced financing approach, should the deal come to fruition.
