As core parts in engineering machinery, hydraulic components have a market scale of over RMB 30 billion every year in China. The imported hydraulic components occupy 70% of the market and almost all the high-end components are imported. The value of the hydraulic industry in other countries usually accounts for 3% of the value of the machinery industry, whereas that of in China only accounts for about 0.18%, showing that the China hydraulic industry still has plenty of room to grow and develop.

Therefore, demand for the maintenance and repair market of the hydraulic components will greatly increase. Currently, the supply of hydraulic components still heavily relies on the import.
