A NEW line of high-protein dietetic crisps is taking Europe and North America by storm. The reason is that these products are not only flavourful, but suitable for those who are managing weight. Developed by slimming solutions expert, Laboratoire PYC of France, the product line touts a soya-based formula for weight control. Protein content is 45% as compared to on 5% in other potato crisps, whilst fat content is 60% less.
Besides this new product, the company has a range of ready-to-eat protein products including biscuit, wafer, and bars.
