Gulfood Manufacturing: ADM underscores speciality ingredients

SPECIALTY ingredients leader, ADM’s product exhibits at the Gulfood Manufacturing 2014. The major agricultural processing company’s booth at the Dubai show will highlight its range of cost-effective functional soya protein products, good-quality lecithins, and premium cocoa ingredients.

ADM will showcase its Textura line of nutritious protein crisps during the three-day trade event. The Textura provides high-quality protein, fibre, and whole grains, ideal for manufacturers looking to formulate healthy snacks. The protein crisps can be incorporated in cereals, cereal bars, and other healthy snacks to boost the nutritional content, texture, and flavour. Manufacturers can likewise add flavours, colours, and textures to match consumers’ diverse requirements.

ADM’s booth at S2-C52 will also highlight the Clarisoy, the world’s first vegetable-based protein. Ideal for low-pH beverages such as sports and recovery drinks, this isolated soya protein range fortifies protein content.

ADM will likewise present its selection of functional soya proteins, including the Arcon F, Arcon G, and Arcon FS. 

Visitors to the ADM booth can learn more about the company’s range of non-genetically modified (non-GMO) lecithins. These high-quality lecithins are available in a variety of formats and can be used in confectionery, baked goods, and dairy and snack products. Besides promoting even blending and improving texture, they reduce hardening, enhance the dispersibility of instant foods, and feature good emulsification properties in reduced fat and flavour-sensitive applications.

ADM Cocoa’s range of premium cocoa ingredients will be on display at the company’s booth. This includes the world-renowned deZaan cocoa powders and the Unicao 100% origin cocoa masses.  The deZaan cocoa powders are suitable for compound coatings, bakery and dairy applications, ice creams, cereals, dry beverages, and mixes.
