MOULDING and processing equipment manufacturer for the confectionery industry, B?hnke & Luckau GmbH has extended its Bar Moulding Line (BML) range with a high capacity continuously running line (CBML). A mould width of up to 1200mm allows a capacity of up to 3t/hr. With a retractable ribbon depositor, the line reduces downtime during product changeover, cleaning and maintenance.
The company has also upgraded its chocolate block depositors which can produce blocks in the range of 0.5kg – 5kg with high weight accuracy. The new integrated active weight check system provides automatic adjustment of depositing weights and provides continuous outstanding product quality.
Furthermore, it has a range of infeeders for combining affordable ingredients, such as caramel, nuts, fruit- and nut pastes, and fat crème, with high-quality chocolate or compound.
B?hnke & Luckau also has solutions for producers of jelly and fondant products, chocolate and sugar vermicelli (sprinkles), brittle and butterscotch, nut and fruit clusters, chocolate drops, halva (a sweet confection popular in the Middle East), marzipan and persipan in confectionery products.
