Gulfood Manufacturing: Multi-head twin scale takes centre stage at tna stand

THE tna intelli-weigh^? 0328 omega multi-head twin scale boasting ultra-high speeds on a three-litre capacity weigher was amongst the latest equipment that launched at Gulfood Manufacturing. It is the first 28-head twin scale from tna’s omega series and has been designed to complement the company’s tna robag^{? TTX}, twin configuration robag^{? TX} and the twin configuration robag^{? FX}. It can take on 200 weighs per scale, or 400 per twin scale.

This model is the first with auto-tuning function to simplify control and operation, according to tna. An inspection wizard alerts the user on preventive maintenance routines, and adjustable collating chutes offer fast discharge. 

"Speed and accuracy are especially important in production lines. With the tna intelli-weigh^? 0328 omega, we are now able to extend our offering of twin scales to our tna intelli-weigh^? omega series, enabling food manufacturers to achieve even higher levels of productivity with all the benefits of two high-speed single tubes in a twin format, all while significantly decreasing power consumption. Additionally, food manufacturers will also be able to simultaneously produce two different bag sizes and formats for additional flexibility,” said tna managing director, Michael Green.
