Haas introduces state-of-the-art technologies

Production lines from Haas Group – Franz Haas Wafer, CFT Haas Convenience Food Equipment, Haas-Mondomix and Haas-Meinke, are on display at interpack. One of the latest models is the center-filled cake oven CFC 74G, which is touted for its speed. The cakes made on this oven are convincing the customers by a very high ratio, according to the company. With this machine, cake makers can fill their products with any choice of viscous mass including vanilla cream, jam or chocolate.

The Haas SPIDER is an information center in the form of a computer tablet. Virtually an operator’s assistant, it can check the production line, find out how the maximum capacity the equipment can be reached, and so on. This model is an add-on to the new production lines of Haas.
