Handling module H240 with 4-axis robots

Tasks that normally are accomplished manually with great effort can be economically and hygienically automated with the aid of handling modules from MULTIVAC. New in the product range is the handling module H 240, equipped with two HR 460 type 4-axis robots. These can grasp products from any position and set them down in an oriented manner with up to 240 Pick & Place cycles with variable products, formats, cycle times and handling weights. It supports not only the loading and unloading of packaging machines, but also aids in separating and positioning products after the packaging procedure, in ejecting reject packs or in loading the outer packaging and boxes.
