DUBAI -- Hard Rock Cafe Dubai is proud to host Hard Rock’s Europe, Middle East and India Food Summit, which will bring together kitchen chefs, general and operations managers from around the region to discuss and share the cooking styles and secrets of Hard Rock’s world-famous menu, and showcase their ideas and talents.
This year, Hard Rock will celebrate its 41st birthday, and its menu is treasured and commemorated across the world by fans for its unique feature of providing from scratch recipes. On Thursday, June 7, however, special guests had a chance to taste delicious new menu items that will be offered at Hard Rock Cafes in the region this summer. VIPs also got a sneak peek at international and regional recipes, new menu designs, artwork and regional advertising campaigns.
Executive Chef Jason R. Gronlund, senior director of Culinary for Hard Rock International, attended the summit and worked alongside the team of outstanding chefs from the area. Responsible for developing the recipes for the 139 worldwide Hard Rock Cafes, Chef Gronlund works on all the international menus, striving to take indigenous cuisine and give it the Hard Rock spirit for the cafe to represent the traditional local flavors.
Chef Gronlund has more than 25 years of restaurant industry experience with product and concept development, operations management on both national and international multi-platforms.
