High-efficiency split hopper

A SPLIT Hopper system from Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery was designed specifically for companies seeking to reduce expense through faster and simpler product changeover, cleanup and maintenance. The Split Hopper, which is 22" in diameter and 20" in height, features a 16-gallon hopper and accepts all standard tooling.
 Unlike competing units manufactured from aluminium, Spee-Dee's system features an extremely durable and easy to maintain 304 stainless steel construction. To further enhance operator efficiency, all split hoppers feature Spee-Dee's patented sliding key tooling adapter, which strategically eliminates set collars and Allen screws, significantly reducing the risk of product contamination. All units include a safety interlock switch that prevents the machine from operating when the hopper is open.
