The Sprint 2 Dicer from Urschel Laboratories produces a variety of cuts and slices

URSCHEL Laboratories offers the Sprint 2 Dicer, a high-performance machine capable of a variety of crinkle or flat slices, strip cuts, granulations, or dices.

Sprint 2 Dicer combines the footprint and similar infeed/discharge heights of the Model G Dicer and the cutting advances offered by the popular DiversaCut Sprint Dicer. The stainless steel model features a sanitary design, with the food cutting zone completely isolated from the mechanical zone. It has a rounded tube frame, sloped sheet metal surfaces, and hinged access panels to facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance.

For this model, Urschel offers different stainless steel motor options, including a 3HP 2.2kW type with VFD, 3HP 2.2kW one with soft start, and a 1.5HP 1.1kW motor with soft start.
