High resolution inspection with Mantis

VISION Engineering’s Mantis “eyepiece-less” stereo microscope packs a new HD camera, allowing seamless optical inspection and image capture within seconds.

To complement its wide range of inspection solutions, Vision Engineering is demonstrating non-contact measurement systems from manual optical solutions to fully automated CNC measuring machines.

The company is also presenting a new version of the M3 3-axis measuring software. The updated version features updates, including a ‘Runs Database’ to allow engineers to keep a database of the dimensional measurements. This then enables the comparison and analysis of coefficients of a part within a batch of components.
