Horizontal machining centre box-in-box structure design

Youji's horizontal machining centre, HMC-series, adopts symmetrical type box-in-box structure, using professional software for FEM (Finite element analysis) to ensure structure rationalisation. The TCP (tool centre point) steadiness keeps machining accuracy and extends tool life. The X/Y axis are designed not only with box-in-box structure but also gantrytype structure coupled with ladder type rail and two parallel ball screws (Tandem control) to realise high-speed synchronous control and perfect cutting federate. The whole machine adopts absolute coordinate system coupled with linear scale to achieve best machining accuracy. Fulfil complete travel positioning accuracy: ±0.01mm & repeatability accuracy: ±0.005mm. Ball bar accuracy can reach 10.4μm. Youji Machine Industrial Co.
