HVR Magnet ready to tap the US market with latest technology

HVR MAG, a professional manufacturer of electro permanent lifting magnets, electro permanent magnetic chuck, and magnetic quick mold change system, was presented at IMTS 2016. The general manager Davisn Ren shared that the main products that they exhibited at the trade show are Electro Permanent magnetic quick mold change system, magnetic chuck for quick die clamping, magnetic fixture for automation and electro permanent lifting magnet controller.

The major applications are in plastics extruders, machining and the lifting metals at customers’ shop floor. Being fundamentally committed in R&D, as well as in-house technical development, general manager Davisn Ren was proud to highlight the statistics of the particular capacities of their equipment. The electro permanent magnetic chuck can increase 80% clamping efficiency, while the magnetic quick mold change system reduces 80% of mold change time and the magnetic fixture reduces 40% of labor cost.

‘The substantial technological improvement comes from HVR magnet’s strong R&D’, remarked Mr. Ren, the R&D team accounts for 25% of the company’s total revenue. Thus, the strategic plan for HVR at present is therefore to introduce these high-capacity equipment to the American market.

Mr. Ren emphasized that they have been targeting the Latin Amera, the U.S., and Southeast Asian market for bringing extra-safety and productivity to the manufacturers. HVR Magnet’s tailor-made solutions can fully contribute to the improvement of the user’s production situation, given the fact that they are designed entirely based on customers’ demand and requirements. Mr. Ren anticipates that their first show at IMTS become a successful introduction for the American visitors.
