Hydromer to supply hydrophilic coating

BRANCHBURG, NJ – Hydromer, Inc. (OTC Pink: HYDI) and LATECBA S.A., an Argentinean company, have entered into a agreement that will allow the use of the proprietary Hydromer? hydrophilic coatings on Latecba's balloon-expandable endoprostheses delivery systems used with their abdominal aortic aneurysm treatment device.

The Hydromer medical coatings are very lubricious and slippery, reduce friction, improve and ease delivery of Latecba's catheters through the difficult vascular pathways.

In addition, hydrophilic coatings have unique properties to maintain lubricity and durability while significantly reducing particulates, and remain in compliance with the stringent USP#788 low particulates in blood standards.
