EURA Drives is launching new products and technologies for the transmission control, motion control, and automation control application industries during the IAS 2014.
Xu Kaili, EURA marketing development manager: Machine tools are trending toward high speed, high precision, more reliable, complex, intelligent, high flexible, integrated, open, multi-axles and Internet accessible
The company is supplementing its widely popular E800, E2000 Variable-frequency Drive (VFD) and SD10 series servo systems with the KYS series of single/variable-frequency drive integrated air compressor specially designed for the air compressing industry, and the CE-certified and UL-listed high-protection grade VFD EP66 series for harsh conditions.
Eura Drives has also introduced the cost-effective SDP10 and SD20 series servo systems and the EM30 series of drive/control integrated systems. Suitable for outdoor and high- temperature, dusty, and high-vibration environments, the EM30 features a metal die mold with an anti-corrosion coating. It has IP66 safety and 4G vibration certifications.
Having been in the industry for more than 22 years, Eura Drives knows the value of staying abreast of new technologies. As such, it is improving its transmission and servo systems in alignment with developments in the machine tools industry. Trends point toward high speed, precision, and flexibility, increased reliability, and Internet readiness. Complex, intelligent, integrated, open, and multi-axle products are also in growing demand.
With China poised to become the largest market for robots by 2016 with more than 130,000 units running in various industries, the company continues to develop special servo systems for industrial robots. Its proprietary SD10 and SD20 series of high-performance servo system meet the requirements of articulated and delta robots.
