For over 100 years, the SOLLICH KG in Bad Salzuflen (Germany) represents innovative and comprehensive solutions for chocolate and confectionery production. The product range covers equipment for chocolate, confectionery, snack and bakery applications.

 

The primary goal of current developments is to make customers' production processes more efficient – with high machine availability and improved handling. To achieve this, SOLLICH focuses on easy and efficient cleaning of its machines, ensuring compliance with increasingly stringent hygiene standards. Another key advancement is digitalization: Together with other leading manufacturers, SOLLICH KG is one of the founding companies of SweetConnect GmbH. The SweetConnect® platform enables users to centrally manage all their production machines, providing features such as digital operating manuals, spare parts catalogs, and cross-manufacturer maintenance management. This is complemented by SOLLICH’s remote maintenance system "Fast Lane", which transmits operational data to enhance service performance and increase machine availability.

 

In the field of artificial intelligence, SOLLICH KG has developed a self-analysis system for its tempering machines. In the future, these machines will automatically adjust temperature values to reduce manual effort while optimizing the quality of tempered chocolate. The continuous development of machines is a top priority at SOLLICH, with a strong focus on quality assurance. Key innovations include a dew point display in the cooling tunnel and the automatic measurement of the degree of temper in the enrobing machine with the Tempergraph.

 

The drop moulding system Sollcodrop® ST is for producing chocolate drops of 3 mm and larger.

 

SOLLICH will present the following exhibits at iba 2025 in Düsseldorf:

 

  1. Enrobing machine Enromat® M6-1050 (1050 mm belt width) with new electronic reproducibility aid for mechanical settings (patented). An eccentric decorator SED 1050 to produce a variety of embossed decorations is shown in the outfeed. The system is complemented by a Thermo-Flow®+ KSK 1400 cooling tunnel with a PU cover in Gullwing design and a roller sprinkler SWS 1400.

 

  1. Enrobing machine Minicoater MC 420 (420 mm belt width), demonstrated with chocolate at iba, featuring the automatic decorating device Mini-Decormatic® MD 420. This small enrobing machine in modular design is ideal for the processing of small production batches.

 

  1. Decorating system Decormatic® DC4 820 (820 mm belt width) with a decorating belt and Minitemper® MT 100 for feeding. The device enables programmable decorations and quick product changeovers. The machine will be on display with chocolate during the exhibition.

 

  1. Drop moulding system Sollcodrop® ST – for producing chocolate drops of 3 mm and larger. The innovative drop tube is fed with chocolate at iba by the tempering machine Turbotemper® TE 1100 B. Including automatic Tempermeter “Tempergraph” to control the degree of tempering.

 

Together with its sister company CHOCOTECH GmbH, SOLLICH KG offers its customers the possibility to get the whole manufacturing process at one stop shopping. In this way machines for the complete process including cooking, forming and enrobing can be offered.
