This also presented an opportunity forus because an effective mould change system has become very important to these manufacturers,” according to Mr. Hsiao. The mould change efficiency determines and raises manufacturing efficiency for plastics producers whose objectives are to cut costs through efficient production processes.

With its diverse products, Forwell is optimistic that the recovery of the global economy starting this year would raise demand. “The economy is getting better globally in 2013, so that the order may advance significantly in the field of metal forming such as press machines. estimate the growth will be around 5 to 6 percent. Our company specialises in mould change system and now we are moving towards bigger-sized machines and offering our customers the mould management system,” Mr. Hsiao explains. He added that compared with the years 2011 and 2012, the emerging economies in the Southeast Asia gained tremendous growth in industrial production. Taiwan was impacted by the world economy in the past two years because Taiwan relies heavily on exports.”The economy may still be sluggish for a while but the situation is getting better starting this year,” Mr. Hsiao stressed.

High expectations
What’s in store for Forwell in the future is something that the company is now preparing for. “In our assessment of the mould change operation sector, plastics machines and metalworking machineswould be the same. The development of the industry is general, and covers various sectors. In the field of automotive industry, both metal processing and plastics ejection factories need our mould change services.
