IMCD Group, a leading global speciality chemicals and food ingredients company, has acquired the business of Safic Pacific Pty Ltd. The two companies are currently working closely together to ensure a smooth transition process to IMCD Australia.

This acquisition further enhances IMCD Australia’s comprehensive portfolio of products available to the rubber compounding market, with accelerators and antioxidants from MLPC International, factices from LefrantRubco, magnesium oxide from Intermag, millable polyurethane from TSE Industries, rubber processing aids from Performance Additives and a wide range of additives from Safic Alcan.
